Roofing

There are three (3) key areas of subject roofing issues, most considerable over the shop area, boiler room area, and the three (3) story section of the original structure.  Initial inspection observations included seams which are separated and failing, poor general adhesion, and evidence of significant moisture migration into the structure as a result of these conditions.  Those interior issues include ceiling damage and exacerbated masonry damage.
